Nguyen Tram Anh

Nguyen Tram Anh graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2015 and has been a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association since 2021.

Following her graduation, she joined InvestConsult Group, where she practiced until early 2017. And has been with ICL Law Firm since, specializing in corporate and investment advisory. Throughout her career, rising from Legal Assistant to Associate and now to Partner and Director, she has consistently been a proactive and creative force, characterized by her high sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach. Backed by nearly a decade of professional experience, she specializes in:

• Corporate Restructuring & M&A: Leading Legal Due Diligence (LDD) and managing complex transaction documents, including Share Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Shareholders' Agreements (SHA).
