Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha brings a dual perspective to her practice, holding degrees in both Economics (1993) and Commercial Law (1998) from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. She has been a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association since 2005.
Ha has 22 years of experience as a Legal Executive, Senior Lawyer, and Deputy General Director at InvestConsult Group. With her dual background in law and economics, she's able to provide commercially viable legal solutions to complex and unique challenges. Proven track record with 32 years of professional experience, she specializes in:
- FDI & Market Entry: Guiding foreign investors through all stages of investment preparation, licensing, and operational establishment in Vietnam.
- Financial & Commercial Transactions: Advising on capital structures, import/export regulations, taxation, and sophisticated corporate governance.
- M&A Transactions: Managing the full transaction lifecycle, from carrying out detailed due diligence to negotiating and drafting Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
- Construction & Dispute Resolution: Providing strategic advice on construction legalities and representing clients in arbitration and litigation matters.
