Tran Thi Xuan Hieu

Tran Thi Xuan Hieu is a distinguished practitioner with over three decades of legal experience. She earned her degree in Commercial Laws from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 1994 and was admitted to the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association in 2005.

Her career began with a foundational tenure at the international firm Coudert Brothers LLP. Prior to co-founding ICL Law Firm, Hieu dedicated 23 years to InvestConsult Group – one of Vietnam's largest legal firms, where she held the position of Senior Lawyer and Deputy General Director at InvestConsult Group. Throughout her career at some of the nation's leading firms, she has developed an unrivaled expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments. A long-standing professional in her field with 32 years of experience, she specializes in:
